Program Prices



Terms and Conditions ~ A non-refundable deposit of 20% of total program fee is due using PayPal in order to complete a reservation. If a reservation is canceled two weeks prior to the start date, the 20% non-refundable deposit may be used for any future program by the applicant or transferred to any person (excluding already enrolled participants) for the next calendar year. If a program is canceled after set start date or if there is a failure to arrive without notification, the paid deposit will be forfeited. Any cancellations made with less than two weeks notice will forfeit deposit paid. Payment is due in full upon arrival at Proyecto and may be made using cash (US dollars or local Costa Rican colones), credit card or PayPal. Once a program has started, refunds will not be given except for extreme circumstances deemed necessary by the discretion of Proyecto. Students may make changes to the length of their reservation under the following conditions. Reservations may be lengthened at any point in time, subject to availability. Reservations may be shortened with more than 30 days notice at no extra charge. Once a program has begun, shortened programs will not receive a refund except for extreme circumstances at the discretion of Proyecto. If Proyecto must cancel a program in its entirety, all payments will be returned in full. Proyecto is not responsible for expenses related to arrival or airline tickets. Any costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, injury or for other unforeseen reasons will be the responsibility of the participant and will not be subject to refund or discounted program fees from Proyecto. Proyecto recommends participants purchase travel insurance to cover financial loss in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
